KA-2 HD-IS
with integrated atomizing air valve

The SCHÜTZE automatic-spray valves of series KA-2 HD-IS are pneumatically controlled spray valves. Because of their low weight and the small measurements they are ideal for all spray jobs in machines or robots. They are suitable for spraying release agents, oils, colours and in version KLS also for glues and adhesives. The control of valve is done via an external 3/2 solenoid valve or mechanical valve. The supply of fluid is done via pressure tanks or pumps. In addition to the basic version the KA-2 HD-IS is equipped with an integrated atomizing air valve for automatic control of pre- and purging air. Hose connections can be installed on rear- or backside of valve. Optional also material circulation is possible.
