MSV

The MINI-spray valve MSV is a complete new designed needle controlled spray valve in miniature form. It´s low weight and the small measurements gives the possibility for a lot of new application requirements. Especially thin liquids as f.i. release agents or oils can be sprayed with optimal spray technology and minimal space requirements. Spraying in very small moulds or through small holes are now no problem anymore. Flatspray air caps (with different spray angles) or roundspray air caps gives for each application the requested lay on. Depending on viscosity of fluid, the application can be adjusted individually via nozzle dimension, material pressure and atomizing air pressure. Also the fluid outlet can be optimized by the needle regulating screw.
