ACT-06

The pneumatic two-way valve is used for automatic color changing and cleaning in spray painting systems, utilizing remote pneumatic control or PLC to control the switching of the valve and achieving automatic cleaning and color changing.

The ACT-06 two-way valve is made of aluminum alloy, 304 stainless steel, and Teflon for fluid compatibility with oil, solvent, paint, and other fluids. It is designed to be lightweight and does not add much space or weight to the machine or equipment configuration. The flow rate can reach up to 5.5 liters per minute with a large flow design and equipped with a reflux design to ensure continuous flow of the paint without sedimentation in the spray painting system. It also has a visible hole design to alert any fluid leakage for maintenance and safety purposes.

The ACT-06 two-way valve can be used together with the ACT-05 three-way valve and related color-changing modules to achieve automatic and fast color changing in the spray painting system.
