    AM Series
    The AM Series hot air circulation oven utilizes a horizontal hot air circulation heating system. The circulation fan drives the air wheel to bring heated air through the heater and ducts into the oven, then the heated air is drawn back into the ducts for a secondary circulation. This design allows the oven to quickly achieve uniform temperature, ensuring stable baking quality.
    The control system is located at the top of the unit and includes multiple safety and convenience features, such as temperature control, over-temperature protection, explosion-proof design, timer function, and automatic shutdown. The body is insulated with rock wool to effectively reduce heat loss and is equipped with a safety door latch handle to enhance user safety.
    The standard model is the AM disc oven, and a CM trolley oven is also available based on different needs.
