The DSB-12M dry spray booth is an economical design, particularly suitable for short-term touch-up painting tasks. This spray booth offers several advantages, including optional layers for capturing overspray, high airflow, low loss, and strong suction power, making painting operations more efficient.

This compact 1.2-meter dry spray booth uses filter cloth and paper filters to capture paint mist and dust, achieving a filtration efficiency of 80% to 90%. To further enhance performance, an activated carbon odor removal system can be added to effectively eliminate odors.

The dry spray booth extracts air containing dispersed paint using a fan, and utilizes non-woven fabric filters for capture. This not only accelerates production speed but also achieves high-efficiency dust collection. Compared to traditional wet spray booths, it saves water resources and electricity, and generates no wastewater. In terms of exhaust treatment, it effectively prevents environmental pollution through the principle of activated carbon adsorption, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
