In painting operations, increasing the temperature of the paint and air reduces the viscosity of the paint, allowing for finer atomization, improved paint adhesion, and smoother coatings. This results in lower paint consumption and consistent quality, unaffected by weather conditions.

The FHA-3000 is an electrically operated, explosion-proof low-pressure fluid heater, comprising an electrical enclosure and a pressure-resistant fluid channel body. Made from stainless steel, it is suitable for high-viscosity paints. An optional mounting bracket (FH-3000-38) can be purchased for wall installation or mobile stands, adapting to high-flow applications or corrosive materials.

This product features a simple design that makes temperature settings and monitoring easy. Multiple heaters can be installed to increase heating/flow capacity, reducing pressure loss in high-flow/high-viscosity applications. The high-temperature limiter and explosion-proof design ensure safe operation, while the heater assembly is designed for easy installation and on-site maintenance.
