This paint heater is an electrically operated, explosion-proof, high-pressure fluid heater, consisting of an electrical enclosure and a high-pressure fluid passage body. It is made of stainless steel and is suitable for high viscosity coatings. It can be wall-mounted or mounted on a mobile bracket (FH-3000-38) to adapt to high flow applications or corrosive materials.

The product features a simple design, making temperature setting and monitoring easy. Multiple heaters can be installed to increase heating/flow capacity, reducing pressure loss in high flow/high viscosity applications. It has a high-temperature limiter and explosion-proof design for safe operation, and the heater components are designed for easy installation and field repair.
