High Pressure Airless Automatic Spray Gun
GHA-300 Series

The high pressure airless automatic spray gun is commonly used with high pressure ratio piston pumps. After the paint is pressurized by the piston pump, it flows through the high pressure paint hose to the automatic spray gun and then through the high pressure airless nozzle. This allows the compressed paint to be evenly sprayed in a normal pressure environment, resulting in a high film thickness and faster spraying speed than traditional air spraying, while also saving on paint usage.

This spray gun is suitable for both water-based and oil-based paints and can be paired with accessories such as front-end filters and high pressure paint filters to reduce nozzle clogging. Additionally, the rotation joint can reduce the bending of the high pressure hose.

This spray gun comes in two types: the GHA-300, which is suitable for Japanese nozzle standards, and the GHA-300B, which is suitable for European and American nozzle standards. It is widely used in industries such as steel, steel structures, ships, barrels, construction and more.
