The DeVilbiss Manual Spray Gun JGX-502 is an upgraded version of the JGX-501, designed specifically for the Japanese market and widely acclaimed. This spray gun features a lightweight design, with the gravity model weighing only 430 grams and the suction model weighing 440 grams. It is particularly suited for fine atomization, making it excellent for metallic paints and pearlescent coatings.

The JGX-502 is equipped with stainless steel fluid passages and nozzles, suitable for various coatings. The nozzle is embedded with a special resin to completely prevent paint leakage. Its high-atomization air cap and unique spherical conical nozzle ensure uniform and stable coatings. The dual-piece needle valve seal enhances durability, making it ideal for long-term use. Additionally, the gun body includes an air pressure adjustment valve, allowing easy pressure adjustments to meet different needs.

One of the main improvements in this model is the rectifier design, where the threads for installing the air cap can be separated from the gun body and are made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic to extend its service life. Even if the threads are damaged, users can simply replace the rectifier, ensuring a longer-lasting and worry-free experience.
