Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge
Products
The Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge is made from high-quality activated carbon that has been carefully selected and undergoes multiple pre-treatment steps. It is heated to temperatures between 300°C and 500°C for oxygen-deprived carbonization, forming a porous carbon structure. It is then activated at temperatures ranging from 800°C to 1100°C to remove reaction by-products from the pores, increase surface area, and enhance adsorption performance. This design allows the filter to have superior adsorption capacity, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and residential filtration needs. Product Advantages Applications
Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge
MC
Made from highly adsorbent carbon powder and particles, ideal for large-scale and long-term adsorption needs. It is suitable for general contamination filtration.
Made from highly active carbon fiber, offering oil contamination resistance and liquid protection. Commonly used in electroplating processes.
The outer layer is wound with PP fabric for pre-filtration. The middle layer contains activated carbon fibers to enhance adsorption efficiency, while the inner layer optimizes water quality and prevents carbon powder release.
