Product Advantages

Carbon Rods:
Made from high-quality coal-based carbon powder and granules, these rods have a high activated carbon content and can effectively adsorb organic substances, making them suitable for large-scale adsorption filtration applications.

Granular Carbon:
Made from granulated carbon media, the adsorption effect is superior to that of carbon rods. The filtration process involves incoming water from the bottom, allowing it to flow upwards through the center, causing the carbon granules to roll and absorb organic substances in the water.

Carbon Fiber:
Made from high-quality coconut shell fibers, the ultra-microporous structure significantly enhances impurity adsorption efficiency, achieving adsorption effects tens of times greater than that of granular or rod carbon filters.

Wound Activated Carbon:
This filtration method allows water to enter from the outside. The outer layer uses PP wound fibers to pre-filter larger impurities, the middle layer is coated with granular activated carbon to absorb organic substances in the turbid water, and the inner layer consists of PP wound fibers that perform final filtration to prevent carbon dust release, enhancing filtration quality.

Meltblown Activated Carbon:
This filtration method also allows water to enter from the outside. The outer layer uses 5 µm PP meltblown fibers as the first filtration stage to remove impurities. The second layer is coated with activated carbon granules to achieve organic substance adsorption. The innermost layer consists of 5 µm precision PP meltblown fibers that provide final filtration, effectively cleaning any fine carbon dust produced during the process.
