MMKD-30

The MMKD-30 extrusion valve is designed for continuous or intermittent use, providing a fast response for applications involving adhesives, glues, oils, and sealants. With a directly mounted 3/2 directional electromagnetic valve and integrated control unit, it achieves precise needle interruption cycles of up to 50 times per second. The MMKD-30 is designed to withstand material pressures of up to 100 bar and can be equipped with various nozzle extensions and gates to meet different needs.

This series of valves features long nozzles (LV), allowing for closely spaced angled arrangements, making them ideal for applications in narrow spaces. Additionally, the MMKD-30 offers a variety of nozzle sizes (ø0.2 to 2.5 mm) and is equipped with a ratchet regulator for easy flow adjustment. We provide options for 24V DC, 110V AC, or 230V AC electromagnetic valves to accommodate different voltage requirements.

Constructed with a brass body with chemical nickel plating, the MMKD-30 is equipped with stainless steel nozzles and carbide needles, and utilizes Viton® seals to ensure durability and reliability.
