    The MMKD-40 extrusion valve is designed for high performance in continuous or intermittent use, suitable for applying glues, adhesives, oils, and sealants. Its directly mounted 5/2 directional electromagnetic valve ensures extremely short control air paths, achieving precise needle switching of up to 50 times per second.

    With a compact size, the MMKD-40 requires minimal installation space and can be flexibly configured even in narrow environments. The long nozzle (LV) design allows the valve to be arranged at tight angles. This series of valves can withstand material pressures of up to 100 bar and offers a variety of nozzle sizes (0.2 to 2.5 mm).

    Additionally, optional nozzle extensions and nozzle masks are available, along with a ratchet regulator for convenient fluid volume adjustment. Electromagnetic valves compatible with various voltages (24 V/DC, 110 V/AC, 230 V/AC) can also be selected. The MMKD-40 helps you achieve efficient and precise coating requirements.
