The MMKD-50 extrusion valve is designed for fast and precise operation, suitable for continuous or intermittent use. It features options for a short nozzle (KV) or a long nozzle (LV), making it ideal for applications involving oils, glues, adhesives, and sealants. Depending on the nozzle size, it can handle liquids of varying viscosities. The compact size of the valve allows for installation in very limited spaces. The long nozzle (LV) enables the valve to be inclined, achieving a tight nozzle distance.

The valve control is managed by a 5/2 directional electromagnetic valve integrated into the valve body. The extremely short control air path and high-speed electromagnetic valve allow for rapid and precise needle valve cycling of up to 200 times per second.

Equipped with a gear regulator for easy liquid flow adjustment.
Optional reverse nut for liquid adjustment.
Optional proximity switch for detecting needle movement.
