The PSS-073250 series pneumatic piston pump is specifically designed for industries related to spraying release agents and PU foam production processes. The liquid contact parts of this kit are made of stainless steel to ensure the hygiene and stability of liquid flow.

This piston pump has a pressure ratio of up to 28:1, a maximum free flow rate of 0.5 gpm (1.8 lpm), and a 26 cc flow rate per stroke, allowing for quick and effective spraying of coatings. Its air motor has a diameter of 80mm and a maximum air consumption of 120 scfm, making it suitable for spraying higher viscosity release agents.

The liquid contact material of this kit is SUS304, with a paint outlet size of 1/4" PT and a temperature range of 5-60 ℃. The working air pressure range is 20-100 PSI (1.4~7kg/c㎡), with a maximum output pressure of 2800 PSI (196kg/c㎡). The paint inlet size is 3/8" PS, which allows for quick and easy input of paint, increasing work efficiency.
