    The R-77-S2509 is a two-component air spray gun designed for precision mixing and easy maintenance in coating operations. This spray gun features an external mixing design, where components A and B are mixed outside the gun, eliminating the issue of paint hardening and clogging inside the gun, making cleaning and maintenance much simpler. Additionally, the operation for changing the mixing ratio is very flexible, allowing for easy adaptation to different coating needs, enhancing your work efficiency.

    This spray gun also has an independent cleaning function, enabling separate cleaning of the main material and hardener, which is convenient and effectively saves time and costs. The low-cost consumables for the hardener needle further reduce operational expenses, bringing more economic benefits to your business.

    For the feeding system, we recommend using a 1/2" pneumatic double diaphragm pump for the main material, while a 10 or 20-liter stainless steel pressure tank is suggested for the hardener, using Teflon pipes for connections to ensure stability and durability during the feeding process.
