The SGA-3 is a versatile automatic spray gun designed for a wide range of applications, including spraying mold release agents, coatings, anti-spatter agents, water, oil, paint, adhesives, deodorants, and lubricants. Its lightweight and compact design (56 mm length, 62 mm width, 80 mm height, and 270 g weight) makes it ideal for installation on automated machinery or labor-saving devices. Multiple guns can be used simultaneously for batch operations, providing flexibility for diverse needs.

The SGA-3 features a simple and efficient design, integrating air spray and piston operation. It requires only a three-way solenoid valve for operation (compatible with two-way valves as well). Set the air pressure to approximately 0.35 MPa for stable performance. The manual spray pattern adjustment knob allows flexible coating control. While it is not suitable for detailed low-pressure coating, its ease of use and stable performance make it an excellent choice for industrial automation spray systems.
