The SGD-71 Random Pattern Spray Gun is specially designed for aesthetic and decorative applications. It can spray various patterns such as random strings, orange peel, and fine dots, adding beauty and detail to products.

The spray gun’s nozzle and needle are made from high-quality SUS303 stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent spray performance. Additionally, it supports water-based coatings, providing flexibility in choosing the right coating for your needs.

For added convenience, the SGD-71 spray gun includes an air pressure regulator, allowing for precise adjustment of air pressure during spraying, ensuring stable and consistent spray results.

The spray gun comes with three different spray caps and a 400cc suction feed paint cup. Depending on your needs, you can choose from fine dot, orange peel, or random string spray caps. The spraying conditions for each cap are as follows:

• Fine Dot Spray: Recommended with a small hole spray cap, suitable for spraying with a viscosity of 20 seconds/No.2 cup, paint pressure of 0.3 bar, and air pressure of 2 bar.
  
  
• Orange Peel Spray: Recommended with a medium hole spray cap, suitable for a viscosity of 25 seconds/No.2 cup, paint pressure of 0.3 bar, and air pressure of 0.5-0.7 bar.
  
• Random String Spray: Recommended with a large hole spray cap, suitable for a viscosity of 55 seconds/No.2 cup, paint pressure of 1.5 bar, and air pressure of 0.4-0.6 bar.
