The SGD-RA automatic random string spray gun is a specialized spraying device designed for aesthetic and decorative applications. This gun is capable of producing various patterns, including random strings, orange peel, and fine dots. Both the nozzle and needle are made from corrosion-resistant SUS303 stainless steel, providing exceptional durability. Additionally, the SGD-RA spray gun is compatible with water-based paints and can be used with an air regulator for easier operation, typically in conjunction with automatic spray systems.

The SGD-RA comes with three different spray caps to suit various spraying needs:

• Fine Dot Spray: Recommended with a small-hole spray cap for a paint viscosity of 20 seconds/No. 2 viscosity cup, a paint pressure of 0.3 bar, and air pressure of 2 bar.
  
  
• Orange Peel Spray: Recommended with a medium-hole spray cap for a paint viscosity of 25 seconds/No. 2 viscosity cup, a paint pressure of 0.3 bar, and air pressure between 0.5-0.7 bar.
  
• Random String Spray: Recommended with a large-hole spray cap for a paint viscosity of 55 seconds/No. 2 viscosity cup, a paint pressure of 1.5 bar, and air pressure between 0.4-0.6 bar.
