The SS-SP-PUMP features a bottom-suction design that utilizes gravity to guide the flow of paint, including settled particles and powders. This helps reduce residue and minimizes the risk of clogging the gears and pump, improving operational stability.

Wear-Resistant Gears × Corrosion-Resistant Pump Body
The gears are made from ultra-wear-resistant synthetic plastic steel, while the pump body is crafted from specially treated stainless steel, providing excellent acid and alkali resistance as well as corrosion resistance. This makes it suitable for water-based, oil-based, powdery, and high-settling paints. Whether dealing with water-based or oil-based paints, or media with powders and high sedimentation, the SS-SP-PUMP offers reliable, long-lasting performance and a wide range of applications.

To enhance painting and cleaning efficiency, the SS-SP-PUMP can be paired with the following bypass valve modules, which can be selected based on actual needs:

• Spray Gun Cleaning Module (Model: QWG-2W-1)
  Quickly introduces cleaning solvent into the spray gun cleaning channel. The paint input stops, and the pump does not need to run, allowing for efficient spray gun cleaning.

• Pump Cleaning Module (Model: QWP-2W-2)
  After stopping the paint flow, solvent is supplied to the pump’s inlet, and the pump operates to clean the interior quickly and circulate, significantly reducing maintenance time.

• Pump + Spray Gun Cleaning Combined Module (Model: QWPG-2W-1)
  A single unit that cleans both the pump and the spray gun, suitable for high-frequency paint changes.

• Pressure Relief Safety Valve Module (Model: SV-25)
  Prevents excessive pressure buildup within the pump, avoiding equipment damage and ensuring safe and stable system operation.
