The T-AGB automatic spray gun is compact and lightweight, equipped with a DeVilbiss high-efficiency spray cap, offering excellent spray quality and stability. The gun body is only 92mm in length, and it weighs between 270 to 570 grams. In addition to being installed on standard automatic spray equipment, it is also suitable for use in space-constrained areas and can be paired with spray robots. It easily supports automatic switching of spray width and flow rate, enhancing production flexibility and efficiency. The gun body can be made from aluminum alloy or stainless steel, with the option to upgrade the entire unit to high-corrosion-resistant stainless steel for specialized work environments. The nozzle and needle valve are standard in stainless steel, with optional nitralloy or tungsten carbide materials available for significantly improved wear resistance and durability, making it suitable for various types of paint and continuous operation over extended periods. The T-AGB spray gun is externally controlled and does not have a built-in air valve, making it suitable for use as a venting spray gun. When operating, special attention should be paid to the timing of air and paint switching. It is recommended to set the cylinder pressure (CYL) at 3.5kgf/cm² or higher to ensure stable operation and optimal spraying performance. T-JGA-402-E T-JGA-409-D
