    The DeVilbiss T-AGB automatic spray gun is a high-performance, high-quality compact standard spray gun. It offers a wide range of nozzle options to meet various coating requirements. Equipped with DeVilbiss’s renowned air cap and nozzle technology, this spray gun delivers excellent performance. Its compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for installation on robotic and automated systems. The T-AGB spray gun also features internal paint recirculation, making it particularly suitable for handling paints prone to settling.

    The T-AGB can be installed on various automatic coating machines, especially in space-constrained applications. It is also an ideal choice for coating robots, as it can easily switch spray widths and adjust spray volume within a single program. Key features include an aluminum or stainless steel body, with optional full stainless steel or high-corrosion-resistant stainless steel versions for specialized applications. The nozzle and needle materials are standard stainless steel, with options for wear-resistant nitride steel or tungsten carbide.

    The DeVilbiss T-AGB spray gun is equipped with an internal air valve mechanism, requiring consideration of air and paint switching times during use. The standard operating air pressure is 3.5 bar or higher. A variety of air cap and nozzle combinations are available to suit different coatings and applications, from standard paints to high-viscosity liquids, making it suitable for protective coatings, enamel coatings, or high-precision fine spraying.
