WIDER 1

The WIDER 1 series mini spray guns are designed to enhance comfort and precision during operation. With multiple innovative improvements, they offer users a lightweight and efficient experience. Ergonomically optimized, the new model is 5g lighter than the original, and the knobs feature angled deep grooves for easier and more precise adjustments. The resin component at the back of the needle valve ensures smoother control of paint flow, and the front of the trigger has been refined for greater sensitivity during small-scale spraying.

In terms of maintenance, the WIDER 1 series has been upgraded with an increase in the air cap thread size from 1.0mm to 1.5mm, allowing quicker removal with fewer rotations. The paint and air passages have been straightened, making the joints easier to assemble and disassemble, reducing maintenance time. The spray width adjustment device has also been improved, providing a more linear control range from 1 to 2 turns, making operation more intuitive.

Additionally, to reduce variations in the air valve sleeves, the WIDER 1 series has standardized the size of air pipe openings, addressing the instability issues caused by individual differences in the past. This design improves the consistency of airflow, ensuring stable and precise spraying every time, making it ideal for small spray jobs requiring efficiency and stability.
